Get an invoice

How do I get an invoice for a journey on Kombo? 🧾

You'll see, it's very simple!

💻 All your invoices are available once you've completed your journey, directly on your after-sales area. Above the words ‘passenger information’, you have ‘send me an invoice’. Your invoice will then be sent to the e-mail address you entered when booking.

If your journey has not yet taken place, you can schedule an invoice to be sent so that you don't forget ☝️ Simply click on ‘Schedule an invoice to be sent’ in the after-sales area for the journey concerned.

The button will be located just below the summary of your journey, in the ‘Practical!’ section. 😊
