You didn't receive tickets even though you've paid? Unless there is a major technical issue, there are two possibilities:
In your email: tickets are usually sent immediately after purchase to the address entered during booking. Direct access if you use Gmail
From your after-sales area: if you cannot find the email, you can also download them from your after-sales area.
Remember to always check the delivery status of your tickets, which is specified directly in your after-sales area.
