Cancel or exchange my bus ticket

🚌 Some buses are exchangeable, such as Flixbus. To change your tickets, simply go to your after-sales area using the information we provide, then click on ‘Change departure date and time’. Please note that this depends on the conditions of your ticket and also on the company.

• Up to 15 minutes before departure for Flixbus tickets (cancellation fees will apply).

• Up to 30 minutes before departure for Blablabus tickets (cancellation fees will apply).

All this information is specified at the time of purchase and then after purchase in your after-sales area. 👀
