Are we available by phone calls ?

We do everything we can to welcome you and facilitate your travel by train, bus, plane and carpooling with highly responsive customer service via email. However, we have chosen not to be available by telephone:

We can provide clearer information in writing than we can verbally. Let's face it, dictating an email address over the phone is not ideal. If even one character is missing, we won't be able to find your booking.

We can respond more quickly without keeping you waiting on the phone. In writing, we already have your email address and can find your booking very quickly.

We provide you with clear, written information. There is no misunderstanding, and it is always better for you to have a written record.
