Delayed bus

European law protects passengers for long bus delays.

🚀 As you know, Kombo offers bus tickets from all the companies, giving you a choice of timetables and the best prices.

📄 Our service therefore consists of providing you with tickets in PDF format, as the company is responsible for transporting passengers.

🙅‍♂️ Next, you must have seen when you purchased your ticket that Kombo does not provide connecting services. We find tickets to enable you to make a journey, but these tickets are independent.

If the 1st bus is late (or the bus is missed), you may miss the next bus. In this case, we cannot be held responsible.

🧘‍♀️ But rest assured, as explained above, European law protects passengers. If you are more than 2 hours late for the bus, the company must have offered you a full refund.

And if it has not done so, it must compensate you with an amount equal to half the price of the ticket, in addition to the full refund.

👉 In this case, we advise you to ask the airline for this amount. Please note that this only works in the event of a delay in the departure of the bus. If there is traffic jam or a technical problem on the bus, this does not apply.
