🧘‍♀️ But let's not get carried away: if your flight is cancelled or delayed, we can usually request a refund on your behalf. However, airline refund times are relatively long, between 3 and 7 months.

If the airline doesn't allow us to make the request for you, we will give you the necessary information to do it yourself.

In case we make the request, we will refund you only when we have received the refund from the airline.
