Modify my personal information
Certain information, such as your first and last name or details relating to your identity document, can be changed on your plane tickets and sometimes on your train tickets.
⚠️ Please note that this is not always the case, so be sure to check the information when booking.
To make changes, we invite you to first check whether you can do so directly on the airline's website. Log in to your booking on the airline's website, following the information provided in your after-sales area and/or on your ticket.
If this is not possible, you will need to contact us by email or WhatsApp, and we will request the change from our airline partner.
