Exchange and cancellation conditions

🚌 Bus tickets are generally non-exchangeable, but cancellable. As usual, we recommend that you check the cancellation conditions, but in general you can cancel your journey:

• Up to 15 minutes before departure for Flixbus tickets (a cancellation fee will be charged, however)

• Up to 30 minutes before departure for Blablabus tickets (cancellation charges will apply).
