Exchange and cancellation conditions

🚌 To guarantee you the best price, bus tickets are non-exchangeable, but they are generally cancellable. As usual, we recommend checking the cancellation conditions, but in general, you can cancel your trip:

• Up to 15 minutes before departure for Flixbus tickets (a cancellation fee will apply)

• Up to 30 minutes before departure for Blablabus tickets (a cancellation fee will apply)

All this information is provided at the time of purchase, and again after the purchase in your after-sales space.
