Exchange or cancel a ticket

To cancel or exchange your ticket, go to your after-sales area!

You can access it in two ways:

• By clicking directly on "After sales" in the confirmation email, you will then be redirected to it

• From our website https://www.kombo.co/fr/app/aftersales, after entering your Kombo booking number (KXXXXXXX) and the e-mail address you used when making your purchase.

The conditions for cancelling and exchanging your tickets are mentioned there, and you will have the option of cancelling or exchanging your booking directly, conditions permitting
