During the journey
If you have an issue on board (defective seat, broken air conditioning, problematic behavior from another passenger...), report it immediately to the driver or onboard staff. These issues are the direct responsibility of the transport company.
After the journey
Would you like to report a comfort issue after your journey? Contact the bus company directly via the after-sales page of your reservation on Kombo. You will find the "Contact [company]" link in the After-sales section of your booking confirmation.
