I haven’t received my tickets even though I’ve paid? Unless there’s a major technical issue, there are two main possibilities:

📧 By email: Tickets are usually sent immediately after your purchase, to the email address provided during the booking. You can access them directly if you're using Gmail.

🔁 From your after-sales area: If you can’t find the email, you can also download your tickets from your after-sales area.

🔎 Don’t forget to check the ticket delivery status, which is displayed directly in your after-sales space (as shown in the picture on the left).
